Gameday Gridiron Workout

It’s football season! Stay active between all the touchdowns and commercial breaks with these simple but effective bodyweight exercises. Ready? Break!

Touchdown equals 10 burpees

Extra point equals 20 jumping jacks

Field goal equals 20 push-ups

First down equals 10 squats

Time-out equals 25 crunches

Interception equals 10 lunges (5 each leg)

Fumble equals 30-second high knees

Off-sides equals 10 couch/chair dips

Sack equals 10 back extensions

Halftime equals 10-minute jog or walk
