Sleep is essential for peak performance in all aspects of Total Force Fitness. When mission takes priority, Service Members might face the challenge of sustaining performance during sleep deprivation, which can never happen together. Learn how to adjust your schedule to meet mission demands, get adequate sleep, and use evidence-based tools to optimize alertness during missions and rest when sleep is an option.
