This presentation introduces the science of circadian rhythm and discusses the factors that regulate the body’s internal clock, the impact of circadian rhythm phases on physical and cognitive performance, and the importance of syncing the internal clock to nature’s light-dark cycle. HPRC equips Military Service Members and their families with strategies and tools so they can counter fatigue, somnolence, jetlag, and shiftwork to optimize brain health, performance, and Total Force Fitness.
