The CPT Coach app is designed for use with a mental healthcare provider who specializes in Cognitive Process Therapy (CPT) as part of your treatment for PTSD. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Coach
The ACT Coach app is intended for use with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as part of your overall treatment plan.
