Fitness Bar
Step 1: Go savory or sweet. Choose from Green-coded oatmeal or Yellow-coded grits.
Step 2: Look for lean protein. Choose from Green-coded black beans, pinto beans, chickpeas, low-fat cottage cheese, nuts, or plain yogurt. Or choose Yellow-coded vanilla yogurt.
Step 3: Boost your intake of fruits and veggies Choose any of these Green-coded options: apples, avocados, bananas, blueberries, carrots, fruit salsa, celery, oranges, pico de gallo, or tomatoes.
Step 4: Top it off! Choose from Yellow-coded brown sugar, dried cranberries, granola, peanut butter, raisins, or shredded cheese.
