Marine Corps Body Composition and Military Appearance Program (MCBCMAP)

MCO 6110.3A (2016) document outlines the standards of appearance—weight, body composition, and suitable appearance—“essential to the preservation of good order…and the maintenance of combat readiness” for all Marines.
