SAPP provides resources for training, education, treatment, and administrative processing associated with the Coast Guard’s policy on substance use and its prevention. This web page includes contact information for program personnel and references to policy documents. SAPP is available to all active-duty Coast Guard members; training aspects of the program are also available to auxiliary, reservists, and civilian employees.
