DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare all fruits and vegetables in accordance with guideline card A-G-31. Dice onions ⅛-inch.
  2. In a mixing bowl combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt, celery seed, and black pepper. Using a wire whisk, mix until well combined.
  3. In a second large mixing bowl combine coleslaw mix and onion. Add dressing and toss until ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. CP: Cover and refrigerate at 41°F (5°C) for at least 2 hours before service. CP: Hold cold at 41°F (5°C) for service.
