DIRECTIONS
- Prepare mix according to instructions on package.
- Pour about 1 lb 8 oz batter evenly into each ungreased pan. Do not fill more than ⅔ full.
- Bake in an oven set to convection at 300°F.on low fan, open vent for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown (or as directed on package). Invert pans on cooling racks; cool at least 1 hour.
- Cut 13 slices per loaf.
